Risk appetite is the amount of risk an organization is willing to accept in pursuit of strategic objectives. When properly defined and communicated, an organization's risk appetite drives its behavior by setting the boundaries for running the business and capitalizing on opportunities. Faculty how to perform an initial review of your organization's risk appetite focusing on strategy, stakeholders, and your organization's values. Students work together to determine what questions should be included in the overall discussion of risk.
