Faculty address rules surrounding origination of entries, responsibilities and obligations unique to ODFIs, and the significance of the role of the ODFI to the ACH Network. Relationships with the ACH Operators, RDFIs and Originators are examined from the ODFI's point of view, as well as the considerations, risks and requirements surrounding the use of third parties by the ODFI or the Originator.
