Tabletop Exercise: Designing an ERM Questionnaire

In this exercise students work together to create a questionnaire to help management think about how they can develop a deeper knowledge of the risk oversight and risk management processes, understanding both the current state and future state. The questions will be used as a basis of understanding for the next session.
