Registration cancellation requests will not be accepted via telephone and must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. Refunds will be processed for the amount paid minus a $200 processing fee if the request is received on or before May 28, 2026. NO REFUNDS after May 28. Please ensure that you are registered at the proper rate and type (e.g., Member/Nonmember, etc.). Requests for refunds due to incorrect rate type will not be honored. By registering, you agree to Nacha's Code of Conduct for Events. Our rules and policies are subject to change.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of the event, no cancellations will be accepted–only substitutions will be allowed. All requests for substitutions must be received in writing at [email protected] no later than 5:00 pm ET on Sept. 10, 2026. By registering for our event, you agree to abide by Nacha's Code of Conduct for Virtual Events. Our rules and policies are subject to change.

Lodging
Hotel accommodations are not included with registration fees. Students are responsible for reserving and paying for their own hotel rooms at the Eaglewood Resort. Nacha’s special group rate is available online. Please contact [email protected] for assistance with a hotel reservation.
