The payments industry is a a highly fluid environment characterized by sometimes competing - and possibly complementary - factors. From customer demands and demographics to competition, economics, technology and risk there is a lot at stake and having a strategic plan is critical to ensure success. This course provides students with a glimpse into the process of developing a strategic plan, how to obtain buy-in from essential stakeholders, and how to implement and monitor the progress of the plan.
